Supply Vape Products through Vapelody
Vapelody accepts applications from established manufacturers, distributors, importers and trade Suppliers dealing in eligible reusable vape devices, components, replacement pods and e-liquids. Onboarding is B2B and does not amount to blanket product approval; Suppliers remain responsible for the information and documentation required for their products.
Vapelody provides a practical B2B environment in which Suppliers can present eligible vape products, stock, trade pricing, supply methods and fulfilment terms to Retailers.
Onboarding begins with a short business application. It is not a commitment to accept fixed terms: where your catalogue, fulfilment model or commercial requirements need a different arrangement, tell us. We are willing to discuss custom terms with suitable Suppliers.

Product information and eligibility remain Supplier responsibilities.
Vapelody does not accept single-use vapes into its supply proposition. Suppliers must ensure that products offered through the platform satisfy the UK requirements that apply to them and provide accurate product information and documentation. A product appearing in the catalogue must not be treated as a Vapelody certification or guarantee of legal compliance.
Nicotine-containing e-liquids and related products should be described factually. Do not submit medicinal, smoking-cessation or health claims unless the relevant product and claim are properly authorised and supported.
