Eligibility: To be listed in the Vapelody Industry Directory, the business must operate within the vaping industry or serve it in a relevant capacity. The editor reserves the right to reject any submission deemed non-relevant to our audience. Should a listing be refused, the editor's decision is final and is not open to appeal or dispute.

Fees & Duration: Standard publication is subject to a one-off insertion fee of £25 (no VAT applicable). Once payment is processed, the listing will remain active in the directory for as long as the website exists. Please note that not all listings are paid for; the editor reserves the right to make any insertion at their sole discretion if they consider the business or organisation of particular interest to the British vaping audience and believe the directory would benefit from the listing.

Content Standards: Each profile page includes one direct, clickable link open for search engine indexing. Business descriptions must be concise and not exceed 500 characters (including spaces). Businesses wishing to promote multiple websites or separate brands must purchase additional entries at the prevailing rate.

Amendments: Listed businesses are entitled to one free update per calendar year regarding their URL, business description, or contact details. Any subsequent amendments within the same year, or more frequent changes, will incur a fee for each additional update equivalent to the insertion fee valid at the time of the request.

Advertising: Should a listed business or organisation wish to advertise elsewhere on this website in addition to their existing directory entry, please contact the editor via the link below to discuss available formats and costs.

Removal: Should you wish to have your listing removed from the directory at any time, please contact the editor directly via editor@vapelody.com.
